Shipping Policy

At Bonacibo Pakistan customer satisfaction is our topmost priority and we know how eagerly you wait for your order to arrive, so we have partnered with Pakistan’s top courier companies to provide you with a pleasant shopping experience
The delivery charges are of the delivery partner and not ours. We try our best to absorb most of the cost and pass on as little as possible.

• Delivery in Lahore & Karachi is PKR 150 Only (Flat Rate)
• All Over Pakistan (Except LHR and KHI)
o 0-1kg = PKR 249
o 1-5 kg = PKR 449
o 5-10 kg = PKR 799
o 10+ kg = PKR 1,249

• Delivery time

o Lahore & Karachi within 24-48 hours
o All over Pakistan within 4-5 working days
• Overnight deliveries are possible, but we have to be notified at the time of placing an order
• Urgent delivery charges would be different than the standard delivery charges. Details will be shared upon request
• All orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day
• Slight delays are expected for deliveries during busy shopping season or mega sales event
• On orders above the value of Rs.15,000, we will need an advance payment. Customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and further details will be communicated then
